Church Clerk

Principal function: The church clerk is responsible for recording, processing, and maintaining accurate records of all church business meetings. The clerk also is responsible for all official membership records and communications.
1).Keep an accurate record of minutes in business meetings
2). Present minutes of prior meetings at all current meetings
3). Maintain accurate member records:
a). keep record of new members.
b). drop names of members that are deceased, inactive, or transfer
4). Maintain Church Directory- keep names, addresses, and additional info on all members
5) Help maintain additional church records as needed
