The duties of the financial secretary is to keep accurace financial records.
1. Work with Financial Committee to maintain financial reports.
2. Maintain church's finance report for necessary meetings.
3. Maintain report of church's bank statements.
4. Prepare Tithe and Offering Statements for members upon request.
5. Complete W2's for paid employees.
6. Keep files of purchases, invoices, bills, etc..
7. Assist in maintaining monthly budget (expenses for month to month).
